WOOTY CAMP is all fitness levels! A mix of all my classes Superwoman Circuits (Total body), Wootalicious (Booty Workout),Core Camp Extreme (Ab Workout) & Sexy Back Circuit (Upper body), and so much more!
YOGA WOOTIES is a great class to start with if you are just getting back into exercising. A mix of yoga, weights & band exercises! You will love this class! Relax & feel good! It’s a great class to do with Wooty Camp as well!! 🙂
SEXY BACK CIRCUIT is great workout…Get ready to SWEAT! Time for cardio & tone up your arms! So much fun!
WOOTY BOXING is a great workout to burn lots of calories, burn off stress & get stronger!! A mix of boxing exercises and bootcamp. You will love it!! 🙂
SUPERWOMEN CIRCUIT is a class with all kinds of fun total body circuits to get you sweating! Try a variety of new exercises! You will feel amazing after this class!
FALL BOOTIES is a class with a mix of booty and abs exercises to tone up! Get ready to feel the burn in those areas!
