Woot Woot! Women’s boot camp classes are running 2 days a week in Milton for WINTER!

*Payments are made to hold your spots the day you register! We are small group classes 12 ladies max!

January classes start Mon, January 6th – end  Wed, January 29th (4 weeks)

February classes start Mon, February 3rd – end Wed, Feb 26th (4 weeks)

*Remember to bring a yoga mat, weights 5lbs. or up and water, small towel, indoor running shoes and a light snack is good to have.

*MEASUREMENTS are an option at the start & end of the month to see your results!

Rules and Reminders for Nina’s Fitness 2020

*My fitness business is a very positive environment for people to enjoy and reach their fitness goals. It is very important to respect my brand and others participating in my fitness program. No negativity will be tolerated.

*Workouts must be used in the 4 week period in which you registered for, they cannot be extended into the following month.

*There are no credits or refunds once workouts begin. If you are sick and cannot participate – an official doctor’s note must be provided.

*WHEN YOU ARE CURRENTLY REGISTERED –> To continue into the next month of classes/workouts payments are always due by the 15th of the month before the program starts. Once your payment is made, your spot is 100% reserved.

*IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY REGISTERED –> Your payment is due as soon as you request your spot for any month! Once your payment is made, your spot is 100% reserved.

*Pricing will increase monthly after the 15th!

*In winter months please bring and wear indoor running shoes. It’s very important that we keep the rooms & equipment clean, for fitness insurance purposes.
