Tuesdays & Thursdays – 8:00pm (Yoga Wooties & Abs – 1 hour yoga, relax, tone, abs class – feel better)
*YOU WILL NEED WEIGHTS for both classes 5lbs or up. Lighter weights for yoga wooties. You will also need a yoga mat for both classes and indoor running shoes for boot camp.
