Woot Woot! Hi Ladies!

You can NOW REGISTER for workouts in Milton & Cambridge!

*Please email your fitness goals to get started & for all info: info@ninasfitness.com

*Workout in smaller groups to be safe and all space and equipment you will use is very clean.

*You will have your own stuff to work with the whole time.

*We are not a gym setting! We are in studio spaces / halls!

*Smaller women’s boot camp groups (4 ladies only), one on one training & buddy training!

*WE ARE NOW – ONLINE TOO! JOIN OUR WOMEN’S FITNESS GROUP! My workouts posted daily!
