CORE CAMP EXTREME

Get ready for full hour of CORE exercises! These classes are focused on feeling the burn and great toning exercises for your core for a full hour!  We will be using bosu, stability balls, gliders, weights and a variety of other equipment to really work our core! Get ready to sweat and get abs!!!
