Get ready for a tough hour workout! Bring a towel!! This class is focused on circuit training – TABATA and HIIT for a full hour. Learn up to 50 exercises in an hour with non-stop sweating. Different circuits each class to give you the maximum results! You don’t want to miss this one! Lose weight, feel strong and great! Superwomen circuit will add on BOSU, gliding and weights for the winter months 🙂
