Get ready for Nina’s style of Yoga! Great class to stretch out all the muscles and get the heart rate up in between! These classes are focused on popular yoga stretches, strength weight training exercises and band work with cardio interval training in between for a full hour! A great workout that you don’t want to miss! Get ready to stretch, sweat and stay strong! Your body will feel amazing after this workout!
